Simple, per-vessel pricing

Pricing is per vessel, not per user. One subscription covers the entire crew aboard that vessel. The Pilot plan includes up to 10 crew accounts; Standard and Enterprise plans include unlimited crew accounts at no extra cost.

ShipORB is designed for exactly this scenario. The offline-first architecture means the vessel operates with full functionality indefinitely - logging entries, signing records, and exporting PDFs - with zero internet. When connectivity returns, NATS JetStream automatically syncs everything to shore. There's no time limit on offline operation.

ShipORB runs on your existing shipboard hardware through a browser, served by the ship-side service over the vessel LAN. It supports bridge and engine-room workstations, ruggedised panel PCs, and standard Linux or Windows machines. If you need hardware recommendations, our team can advise based on your vessel type and environment.

ShipORB is pursuing DNV type approval against MEPC.312(74) and ISO 21745; the current status is available on request. Flag-state acceptance is issued per vessel once type approval is in place, and we assist with the major open registries (Marshall Islands, Panama, Liberia, Bahamas). Until then ShipORB can run alongside the paper Oil Record Book.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.

There's no need to migrate historical paper records. ShipORB starts fresh from the deployment date, and your existing paper ORBs remain valid as the record of prior operations. However, Enterprise customers can request historical data digitisation as part of their onboarding package.
